52 year old female, dislikes appearance of her upper arms after undergoing massive weight loss. Complains about the loose excess skin and has difficulty fitting into clothing. An upper arm lift was performed to remove excess skin to narrow the width of upper arm and tighten the area. Results show a noticeably slender and tighter upper arm, that fits the rest of her extremity.
