46 year old female, who had previous pregnancies, dislikes large abdominal budge and excess skin. Due to a significant intra-abdominal fatty component that cannot be treated surgically, patient understood her abdomen would not be fully flat. A tummy tuck with rectus plication (muscle repair) was performed. Results show a significant change to her body shape and appearance, a flatter abdomen, improved waistline, creating a more rejuvenated and youthful appearance.
