40 old female with excess fat and skin of her abdomen and waist plus weakness of her abdominal wall creating a buldge. History of 2 pregnancies, presents with protuberant abdomen and desires improved contour. Tummy tuck was performed along with tightening and strengthening of the muscular abdominal wall. Results show a much improved contour and appearance with a flat abdomen and no further buldge.
