REVISION RHINOPLASTY
34 year old male, had previous rhinoplasty 10 years ago with a different surgeon. Dislikes the thickness and over-projection of the tip as well as deviation of his septum. A tip rhinoplasty was performed to narrow, de-project, and elevate the tip along with a septoplasty to straighten the nose. Results show a more refined and natural appearance.
