REVISION RHINOPLASTY
33 year old female, with previous rhinoplasty by a different surgeon. Dislikes the residual bump on the bridge, contour, and thickness of the tip. A revision rhinoplasty was performed to narrow and improve the contour the bridge, creating a little slope. The nasal tip was thinned and elevated. Results show a more refined and feminine appearance.
Additionally, liposuction of the chin and neck region was performed to improve and flatten the contour.
