21 year old female, self conscious about the appearance of her nose. Dislikes the bump on the bridge, projection of the nose, and drooping tip. A rhinoplasty was performed to narrow, straighten and improve the contour the bridge, creating a slight slope. The nasal tip was thinned and elevated. Additionally, a nostril reduction was performed to reduce the projection of the nostrils. Results show a more refined and feminine appearance.
