30 year old female, self conscious about the appearance of her nose. Dislikes the shape of her bridge, thickness of her nasal tip, and projection of her nose. A rhinoplasty was performed to narrow, straighten and improve the contour the bridge, creating a slight slope. The nasal tip with thinned and elevated. Additionally, nostril reductions were performed to bring the tip closer to the face. Results show a more refined and feminine appearance.
