25 year old female, self conscious about the appearance of her nose. Dislikes the shape of the bridge, projection of the nose, and dropping tip. A rhinoplasty was performed to narrow, straighten and improve the contour the bridge, creating a little slope. The nasal tip was thinned and elevated. Additionally, nostril reductions were performed to bring the tip closer to the face. Results show a more refined and feminine appearance.
