23 year old female, self conscious about the appearance of her nose. Dislikes the side view specifically the hump and plunging tip, and front view the wide nasal bridge. A rhinoplasty was performed to narrow the bridge, remove the hump, rotate the tip upwards, improve the contour of the profile and thin the nose. Results show a more refined nasal contour and a more feminine profile that still maintains her overall general appearance.
