23 year old female, unhappy with appearance of her nose, especially the side / profile view, dislikes the bump on the nose and prominent appearance. A rhinoplasty was performed to narrow the bridge, improve the contour of the profile plus bridge, and thin the nasal tip. Results show a more refined nasal contour and a more feminine profile that still maintains her overall general appearance.
