54 year old male, unhappy with the aging appearance to the mid-face – specifically with the loss of volume to the tear trough-cheeks junction plus loose skin of the lower eyelids, desiring a more youthful appearance. Facial fat grafting into the undereye-tear trough-upper cheek region was performed to provide a more youthful volume to this area. Additional procedure include a lower blepharoplasty skin pinch removal. Results show a more awake and energized appearance, an improved volume to the mid-face region, and smooth lower eyelid skin, for a more refreshed and rejuvenated appearance.
