25 year old female, desires improvement in facial contouring, specifically would like a thinner facial appearance, more prominent chin, and fat reduction of the chin/neck region. A buccal fat removal, fat grafting of chin, and liposuction of the chin/neck was performed. Results show a thinner and more contoured oval face, better shape and volume to chin, and improved contour of the neck and jawline.
