47 year old female with loose upper thigh skin and desires tighter and improved firmness in this area. An upper thigh lift was performed with the incision placed strategically in the groin crease for optimal camouflage of the scar. Results show an improved contour to the upper thigh as well, no further loose skin, and wider “thigh gap” space.
