54 year old male, unhappy with the aging appearance to the mid-face – specifically the loose skin to the lower eyelids and loss of volume to the tear trough-cheeks junction, desiring a more youthful appearance. A lower blepharoplasty skin pinch removal was performed along with fat grafting to the undereye-tear trough-upper cheek region. Results show a more awake and energized appearance, tight lower eyelid skin, and improved volume to the mid-face region for a more refreshed and rejuvenated appearance.
