57 year old female who has had undergone upper eyelid blepharoplasty in the past but now presents with continued again of the upper eyelids. Dislikes the “tired” look and appearing low energy with a heavy look. An upper eyelid reduction was performed under local anesthesia (awake). Results show a more awake and energized appearance and no further excess skin.
