29 year old female who had her original breast augmentation several years ago with a different surgeon. Has the recalled 410 textured implants and complains of tightness attributed to a grade II-III capsular contracture. Dislikes shape and desires improvement. A breast augmentation revision was performed with removal of her previous implants along with a total capsulectomy and replacement with 330cc moderate profile smooth silicone implants. A donut lift was also performed to elevate the nipple position. Results show an improvement in breast fullness and softer appearance of breast shape.
