38 year old female who had her original breast augmentation over 10 years ago with a different surgeon. MRI confirms ruptured silicone implants on both sides. Dislikes shape and desires improvement. A breast augmentation revision was performed with removal of her previous implants along with a total capsulectomy and replacement with 300cc moderate profile silicone implants through her original areolar incision. Results show an improvement in breast fullness and softer appearance of breast shape as well as tighter cleavage.
