29 year old female, presents after breast augmentation approximately 1 year ago by another surgeon. Over the past several months has noticed tightness and firmness to her right breast due to capsular contracture. A significant deformity can be noted right away along with a rock-like firmness on feel. A full capsulectomy en-block, as well as replacement with the same size silicone implant was performed through her original areola incision. Only the right breast was treated as there were no issues with the left breast. Results show a more symmetrical appearing and softer breast that matches her normal side.
