Breast Revision: Before & After Photos

32 year old female who underwent breast augmentation several years ago with saline implants at another office, presents with displacement and deformity of breast implants, complaining that the implants are falling into her armpit. She desires an improved and more symmetrical appearance along with a narrower cleavage. Removal of old implants, an internal breast lift, reconstruction of the breast pocket, and replacement with 405cc moderate profile silicone implants was performed utilizing only her old incision. Results show a more symmetrical and aestheticially pleasing breast with narrower cleavage, and improved breast position.
