33 year old female with significant volume asymmetry of breasts and desires equal volume. A breast augmentation was performed in which 330cc moderate profile silicone implant was placed to the right and 245cc to the left to balance the asymmetry. Implants were placed through a breast crease incision, under the muscle. Results show a very natural result, more voluminous breasts with improved shape, symmetry and fullness.
