28 year old thin female, size A cup and desires to be a C cup. A breast augmentation with 375cc moderate profile silicone implants were placed through an areola incision and under the muscle. Results show a nice augmentation with an improvement to the shape and fullness of the breasts along with a tighter cleavage.
