25 year old female, desires a soft natural increase to breast size from an A cup to a natural B-C cup. A breast augmentation with 205cc low-plus profile silicone implants were placed through a breast crease incision, under the muscle. Results show a very natural appearing improvement to volume, shape, and fullness.
