23 year old female desiring fuller breast volume. Pre-operatively a C cup but desired to be several cups larger. Undergone slight weight loss creating minor breast deflation and drooping. Breast augmentation with 725cc high profile saline implants were placed to each breast, using a breast crease incision, placed under the muscle, was performed. Results show a much fuller upper breast volume and projection, improved nipple position creating a small “lifting” appearance, and providing a natural result with a noticeable increase in overall volume.
