29 year old female, presents after breast augmentation approximately 10 year ago by another surgeon with saline implants. Dislikes the appearance, specifically the projection and the nipples drooping over time. Would like smaller implants as well as perkier breasts and tighter cleavage. Her saline implant were removed and replaced with 275cc silicone moderate profile silicone implants. A peri-areolar lift (donut lift) was performed to provide her with a small breast lift as well as improved positioning of the areola. Results show a perkier, lifted and more rejuvenated breast appearance.
