36 year old female who presents with moderate deflation of breast volume after pregnancy and breast feeding. She desires perkier and fuller breasts and only desires to be larger. A breast augmentation with 400 cc high profile silicone implants were placed along with a circum-areolar lift (donut lift) to improve the shape of the breast, position and size of the nipples. Results show an improvement in breast fullness, perkiness, breast shape, and nipple position as well as breast size.
