46 old female with excess fat and skin of her abdomen and waist plus weakness of her abdominal wall. Undergone 3 pregnancies and desires improved contour. Liposuction of the abdomen, back, and waist was performed with 4,000cc’s fat removed, followed by fat grafting of 1250cc’s to each gluteus. Results show a much improved contour, flatter abdomen and waist, with a more pronounced buttock. Tummy tuck was performed along with strengthening of the abdominal wall.
