48 year old female desires improved gluteal shape, specifically dislikes the indentations on the sides and the saddle bags of the thighs, but was not too interested in increasing the size. Brazilian butt lift was performed -1800cc’s of liposuction was removed and 600cc’s of fat was injected to each buttocks. Results show a much improved shape, improvement in volume, and slimmer contour of waist creating a more hourglass appearance.
