I had the absolute best experience with Dr. Tsai regarding injectables. To start he is the one that actually does the injections which I appreciate! I have been to several different doctors for Botox and never felt great about my results. I was starting to feel like my skin just didn't take to Botox but after going to Dr. Tsai I don't have any wrinkles in my forehead or under my eyes. He is extremely knowledgeable and very informative and took the time to really answer all my questions. I also got a nonsurgical lip augmentation ( Lip Filler) I got one syringe of Juvederm in my upper and lower lips. It looks so natural and was honestly painless. I am absolutely obsessed with my lips. I had been wanting to try Botox for the last 7 years but had seen and heard some horror stories which made me think a few lines here and there was better than receiving a potentially bad outcome. However, while in California about to undergo other surgical procedures I finally decided to do it after my 11's were beginning to deepen significantly and I realized what had been my last few years of almost constant furrowing (a side effect of grad school, I think!) had really taken its toll on appearance so I took the leap and am now one of the many converts. Thank you Dr. Tsai! ---- You can read an in depth review of my experience with Dr. Tsai below! Updated on 13 Feb 2016: I've added 3 before pics in which you can see my horrid 11's. When make up stopped being able to cover them up and I started to feel fairly self conscious which was my primary motivation for trying Botox. The last pic is of myself (7 days after having a rhinoplasty and facial fat grafting) with Dr. Tsai right after my Botox injections face a mess with a bumpy forehead and all :) I wasn't going to post the pic I took of Dr. Tsai and I as I look so awful whereas he looks great and has the best hair EVER.... of course- ha! But, ask and ye shall receive :) As soon as my face isn't so bad I will post an up to date pic! Updated on 13 Feb 2016: So... I can't really smile properly yet because of the rhinoplasty but here are two pics from today without makeup because... I don't think I could terrify you all more after seeing my post-surgery look :) I think the 11s are really relaxed and it is a big overall improvement! Updated on 27 Feb 2016: Today I was taking some pics and noticed for the first time ever I didn't have to sift through 50 of them trying to find one in which my 11s were prominent. My fiancé and I went to see Dr Tsai last week at Motykie Med Spa. I wanted botox and fillers for my ( ) lines and my fiancé, who has never had a cosmetic procedure before, wanted to try botox. Neither or us had ever been to see Dr Tsai before so we didn't know what to expect. The minute we walked through the door we were impressed by the sleek modern decor of the spa and the warm welcoming ladies at the front desk. Everything there was top notch from start to finish. I've been to a few different doctors in the past for various cosmetic procedures (fillers , botox, IPL) and always walked away with decent experiences and satisfactory results. I was so amazed with the results Dr Tsai gave us that I will never let anyone else touch my face with a needle!! My fiancé and I feel like he shaved years off both of our faces just in time for the wedding! Wow, Doctor Roger Tsai he is honestly the best dermatologist / beauty specialist ever. The most skilled at injecting Botox and Juvederm. I have been to a lot of different doctors all over the world and I have to say I have never been injected like this. He does things no other doctors do because most likely they don't know it's even possible and it takes great skill. I am a perfectionist and get bothered by the tiniest lines or depressions on my face and he always surprises me by how effortlessly and painlessly he fixes them, where other doctors in the past have only told me "you can't be too perfect" or "that's nothing" etc. because they didn't know how to properly inject those away. I also like the fact that in addition to being extremely skilled he is also very honest about procedures and will tell you exactly what will work and what won't and he never tries to sell you anything you don't need. He is extremely knowledgeable and very sweet and really cares about you as a patient. I have referred my best friend to him as well and will continue to refer people. I was referred to Dr. Tsai from a friend for a breast augmentation. I was able to schedule an in person consultation (my preference) quickly as their office was very accommodating. My consultation went smoothly. Dr. Tsai is very down to earth, transparent and knowledgeable. As someone who was exploring my first plastic surgery experience, he made me feel extremely comfortable. I was able to schedule my surgery shortly after my consultation even with COVID, you are still able to have it done. I got all my lab work done with their partner, The Health Bar (Weho). This was a positive experience as well! On surgery day the staff and nurses make you feel so comfortable and are accommodating. They throughly explain each step before taking you back and answer any questions you may have. The anesthesiologist called me the night before surgery to check on me and introduce himself. He had a very calming energy! My surgery went great and I am so pleased with my results (1 week post operation). Today I went for my 1 week post operation check up with Dr Tsai and everything looks great and the results are exactly what I asked for! Visiting my hero surgeon Dr. Tsai and his team this Holiday season and letting him know how thankful I am as always. I had some liposuction and bbl done recently and so happy with my results. I wanted a little enhancement, but not too big. Dr. Tsai had done that precisely just what I wanted. Knowing Dr. Tsai for many years and have all my needs taken care by him including my breast augmentation 4 years ago. Not only he has the excellent skills and knowledge, he also has the best personality. I am so pleased with the pre- and post- surgery care that Dr.Tsai and his coordinator Lindsey offered. Dr. Tsai’s Attention to Detail and Bedside Manner Makes Him the Best in the Industry!
Let me start by saying that prior to going to Dr Tsai for a consult, I had consulted with over ten surgeons- top notch surgeons that were all highly regarded in the industry. I wanted a breast augmentation and lipo of the abdomen, flanks, and back. I also needed a donut lift on my right breast to make my breasts more symmetrical. I've been doing my research and looking into this for a very long time. Many surgeons that I met were very nice, but if they were in Beverly Hills, they wanted everything but my first born as their fee for the surgery! Some doctors rescheduled consults as many as 3 different times for one reason or another. Some surgeons wanted $250 for the standard consulting fee (only to see me for 10 mins after running 1/2 hour late and waiting to see them for 1/2 in their waiting room instead of being at work taking care of my own clients!)... so, for a number of reasons, I didn't book surgery with anyone I met prior to meeting Dr. Tsai. I then went back on yelp to start the search again and stumbled on Dr Tsai's page and started looking at his work and reading his reviews. I watched some recent surgeries on instagram that he had done on breast aug and a BBL. Every single review I read was descriptive, real, and everyone commented on Dr Tsai's impeccable bedside manner, his superior technique/skill and the preventative measures Dr Tsai takes to prevent negative outcomes after Surgery, and how meticulous Dr Tsai is, desiring the perfect results for all his patients. Many reviews talked about how much he cares about his patients and the outcome of a surgery being exactly what his patients hope for, that he is 100% honest about what has to happen in order to achieve the desired result and he's not afraid to tell a client the truth. The reviews talked about how he takes the time to explain the procedure, all the options available, important info about the recovery process, etc. and how he NEVER rushes any appointment. I can 100% say without hesitation that EVERYTHING I've noted above was my EXACT experience with Dr. Tsai and I am truly one of Dr Tsai's biggest fans. The same day I met Dr Tsai for my consult, I told Dr T what I wanted, I even tried on different sizes of implants and Dr. Tsai explained the surgery from beginning to end and even how the after care would be like. His coordinator, Lindsey, took notes throughout the appointment. She also helped me to actually make my decision on size as well. We also spoke about liposuction and I felt like Dr Tsai knew the exact look I was going for. Lindsey prepared a quote for me during the consult, which was presented to me in a professional folder filled with information about the implant maker & information on financing options and other procedures. I chose a 700cc silicone implant and scheduled my surgery the same day as my consult for 4/25/19. I also added the donut lift and lipo of the flanks, abdomen, back and chin. Dr Tsai gave me a huge discount for scheduling multiple procedures at once and hands down, the quote was the most competitive I'd gotten. And, more importantly, I I had not one doubt about Dr Tsai. Now, Lindsey is like a rare diamond that most Doctors look for years to find. Lindsey is the gate keeper, the face and voice of the entire operation and she is absolutely hands down the most wonderful coordinator I've ever met. She made every single aspect of this experience easy. She was so on top of everything, from booking appointments when I needed to come in, to providing paperwork to me ahead of time, prior to my appointment, that took only minutes to complete, to quickly answering every single question I ever had along the way in email, to booking my preop blood work, providing info and quotes for insurance on the implants, printing pictures that I sent to her, for the purpose of showing her and Dr Tsai how I wanted my implants to look afterwards and making sure they were in the operation room on the day of operation. It's hard not to love Lindsey and she is the amazing other half of the Dr Tsai incredible team! As I write this, 8 days post op, I have minimal bruising, zero pain, and am already LOVING the results and know that I'm not even seeing the final results yet- not even close! The swelling has to go down still, breasts have to drop and I know that lipo results can take months to show the final outcome. My breasts are full, symmetrical, the stitches were done perfectly the size is beautiful and the lipo is even and the entrance holes will not be noticeable at all once everything heals. Dr Tsai is literally an artist and a perfectionist. If you have been looking for the best doctor for bbl, breast augmentation, lipo, etc, seriously look no further because Dr Tsai is simply the very best in every single way. I went back for a revision I sized down to 240cc moderate profile
I had a breast augmentation in 2017. I was not even an A. I decided to go with 485 cc hp under the muscle. Which I needed up hating. My right breast began to develop capsular contracture, and took a while to drop. When they dropped my areolas and breast overly stretched making my breast look long and ugly. Dr Tsai performed my breast augmentation with a donut life 3 years ago and I couldn't believe how good they looked especially once I saw the high failure rate of the benelli lift. He made me feel totally comfortable and I had minor complications mostly due to nausea and not being able to keep fluids down. I recently developed capsular contracture and it really affected the way my left breast looked and felt. I was also experiencing non-stop back and shoulder pain from the sheer weight of my breasts. When I saw him to discuss the CC he laid out all the options for me. I ultimately decided to just remove the implants and redo the donut lift and I really liked that he didn't pressure me into a full lift. He also gave me a heavily discounted rate. His coordinator Lindsey is an ANGEL and literally arranged everything for me, even my pre op blood work. All my emails were answered promptly and she was always available to answer any questions. I am currently 1 day post-op and will update more later! So far I feel fine. Way less painful than getting the implants put in. Updated on 13 Dec 2018: I decided to add some photos because I know when I was researching removal I couldn't get enough of the before/afters. When I was in the recovery room I think I was told one of my implants had ruptured. Not sure of the full details but I will update after my post op visit :) Updated on 13 Dec 2018: Forgot to include a pic with no implants! I'm pleased so far. Excited to see what my nipples will look like but I'm not expecting any miracles. I had tuberous breasts before with incredibly large areola. I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Tsai about 3 months ago. It was truly one of the best decisions I have ever made. I had gone to several consultations before deciding with Dr. Tsai. He was extremely professional and I always felt beyond more than comfortable when visiting his office. After several months of research I decided to get my Breast Augmentation with doctor Tsai, I had been wanting to get a Breast Augmentation since I was a kid. Doctor Tsai was very welcoming and caring he made me feel comfortable on the day of the consultation. I tried several sizers on and decided to go with 485 cc HP under the muscle. I am so happy I went with HP I was going to get moderate plus but I wanted my girls to be up without a push up bra and I wanted the dramatic look. However they still look super natural. I am 5’5 150 lbs and went from a 34 B to a 34 DDD . Also My scar is so thin and it's such a perfect line I love it! Where to even begin... Dr. Tsai was everything I hoped for and more! I had been wanting to replace my breast implants for quite some time. I began my search for a surgeon about 2 years before pulling the trigger.I researched online via google and started following some surgeons on Instagram. I somehow stumbled across Dr. Tsai's Instagram page and began following him immediately. I fell in love with his work, specifically how natural his work was. My biggest problem with my previous implants were how unnatural they looked. When I was finally ready to set up consults and start the process of finding my surgeon I really only wanted to meet with Dr. Tsai. I went in knowing that if I met with him and if I liked him in person I would not need to meet any other surgeons. When I reached out I was contacted by Lindsey, and what a gem she is! (Dr. Tsai you are so very lucky to have her!) She is so warm and inviting and was amazing at providing as much information as she could before even meeting in person. We set up my consult and the next step was meeting. I had an hour long consult and went over everything. Since this was not my first experience I had a plethora questions about sizing, implant type, how to fix the issues I had personally with my previous work and etc. Dr. Tsai answered every question and truly took the time to make sure everything was understood and I felt like plenty of time and respect was put towards me and my needs during that consult. I knew within minutes of being in his office that this was the place I wanted to take care of me. I put my deposit down and scheduled my surgery that day! When you know, you just know!! Dr. Tsai’s Attention to Detail and Bedside Manner Makes Him the Best in the Industry!
Let me start by saying that prior to going to Dr Tsai for a consult, I had consulted with over ten surgeons- top notch surgeons that were all highly regarded in the industry. I wanted a breast augmentation and lipo of the abdomen, flanks, and back. I also needed a donut lift on my right breast to make my breasts more symmetrical. I've been doing my research and looking into this for a very long time. Many surgeons that I met were very nice, but if they were in Beverly Hills, they wanted everything but my first born as their fee for the surgery! Some doctors rescheduled consults as many as 3 different times for one reason or another. Some surgeons wanted $250 for the standard consulting fee (only to see me for 10 mins after running 1/2 hour late and waiting to see them for 1/2 in their waiting room instead of being at work taking care of my own clients!)... so, for a number of reasons, I didn't book surgery with anyone I met prior to meeting Dr. Tsai. I then went back on yelp to start the search again and stumbled on Dr Tsai's page and started looking at his work and reading his reviews. I watched some recent surgeries on instagram that he had done on breast aug and a BBL. Every single review I read was descriptive, real, and everyone commented on Dr Tsai's impeccable bedside manner, his superior technique/skill and the preventative measures Dr Tsai takes to prevent negative outcomes after Surgery, and how meticulous Dr Tsai is, desiring the perfect results for all his patients. Many reviews talked about how much he cares about his patients and the outcome of a surgery being exactly what his patients hope for, that he is 100% honest about what has to happen in order to achieve the desired result and he's not afraid to tell a client the truth. The reviews talked about how he takes the time to explain the procedure, all the options available, important info about the recovery process, etc. and how he NEVER rushes any appointment. I can 100% say without hesitation that EVERYTHING I've noted above was my EXACT experience with Dr. Tsai and I am truly one of Dr Tsai's biggest fans. The same day I met Dr Tsai for my consult, I told Dr T what I wanted, I even tried on different sizes of implants and Dr. Tsai explained the surgery from beginning to end and even how the after care would be like. His coordinator, Lindsey, took notes throughout the appointment. She also helped me to actually make my decision on size as well. We also spoke about liposuction and I felt like Dr Tsai knew the exact look I was going for. Lindsey prepared a quote for me during the consult, which was presented to me in a professional folder filled with information about the implant maker & information on financing options and other procedures. I chose a 700cc silicone implant and scheduled my surgery the same day as my consult for 4/25/19. I also added the donut lift and lipo of the flanks, abdomen, back and chin. Dr Tsai gave me a huge discount for scheduling multiple procedures at once and hands down, the quote was the most competitive I'd gotten. And, more importantly, I I had not one doubt about Dr Tsai. Now, Lindsey is like a rare diamond that most Doctors look for years to find. Lindsey is the gate keeper, the face and voice of the entire operation and she is absolutely hands down the most wonderful coordinator I've ever met. She made every single aspect of this experience easy. She was so on top of everything, from booking appointments when I needed to come in, to providing paperwork to me ahead of time, prior to my appointment, that took only minutes to complete, to quickly answering every single question I ever had along the way in email, to booking my preop blood work, providing info and quotes for insurance on the implants, printing pictures that I sent to her, for the purpose of showing her and Dr Tsai how I wanted my implants to look afterwards and making sure they were in the operation room on the day of operation. It's hard not to love Lindsey and she is the amazing other half of the Dr Tsai incredible team! As I write this, 8 days post op, I have minimal bruising, zero pain, and am already LOVING the results and know that I'm not even seeing the final results yet- not even close! The swelling has to go down still, breasts have to drop and I know that lipo results can take months to show the final outcome. My breasts are full, symmetrical, the stitches were done perfectly the size is beautiful and the lipo is even and the entrance holes will not be noticeable at all once everything heals. Dr Tsai is literally an artist and a perfectionist. If you have been looking for the best doctor for bbl, breast augmentation, lipo, etc, seriously look no further because Dr Tsai is simply the very best in every single way. Dr Tsai performed my breast augmentation with a donut life 3 years ago and I couldn't believe how good they looked especially once I saw the high failure rate of the benelli lift. He made me feel totally comfortable and I had minor complications mostly due to nausea and not being able to keep fluids down. I recently developed capsular contracture and it really affected the way my left breast looked and felt. I was also experiencing non-stop back and shoulder pain from the sheer weight of my breasts. When I saw him to discuss the CC he laid out all the options for me. I ultimately decided to just remove the implants and redo the donut lift and I really liked that he didn't pressure me into a full lift. He also gave me a heavily discounted rate. His coordinator Lindsey is an ANGEL and literally arranged everything for me, even my pre op blood work. All my emails were answered promptly and she was always available to answer any questions. I am currently 1 day post-op and will update more later! So far I feel fine. Way less painful than getting the implants put in. Updated on 13 Dec 2018: I decided to add some photos because I know when I was researching removal I couldn't get enough of the before/afters. When I was in the recovery room I think I was told one of my implants had ruptured. Not sure of the full details but I will update after my post op visit :) Updated on 13 Dec 2018: Forgot to include a pic with no implants! I'm pleased so far. Excited to see what my nipples will look like but I'm not expecting any miracles. I had tuberous breasts before with incredibly large areola. I Love Dr. Roger Tsai and Feel So Lucky to Have Found Him - Beverly Hills, CA
Wow, Doctor Roger Tsai he is honestly the best dermatologist / beauty specialist ever. The most skilled at injecting Botox and Juvederm. I have been to a lot of different doctors all over the world and I have to say I have never been injected like this. He does things no other doctors do because most likely they don't know it's even possible and it takes great skill. I am a perfectionist and get bothered by the tiniest lines or depressions on my face and he always surprises me by how effortlessly and painlessly he fixes them, where other doctors in the past have only told me "you can't be too perfect" or "that's nothing" etc. because they didn't know how to properly inject those away. I also like the fact that in addition to being extremely skilled he is also very honest about procedures and will tell you exactly what will work and what won't and he never tries to sell you anything you don't need. He is extremely knowledgeable and very sweet and really cares about you as a patient. I have referred my best friend to him as well and will continue to refer people. Chin Lipo with Dr Tsai
After spending a lot of money On kybella, laser… i finally decided to have a consultation for chin liposuction even tho everyone was telling me I didn’t need it, when Dr Tsai saw me he knew exactly what my concern was he took the time to explain how the procedure will be the recovery time and results. The numbing part of the procedure was painful since I did it on a local anesthesia but after that part I didn’t feel anything Dr Tsai was talking to me the whole time which was really reassuring, after that I went home the only pain medication I took was Tylenol the swelling is uncomfortable but not painful. I m now a week post op and i am already very happy with the results I wish I had done this procedure sooner. Visiting my hero surgeon Dr. Tsai and his team this Holiday season and letting him know how thankful I am as always. I had some liposuction and bbl done recently and so happy with my results. BEST Plastic Surgeon Ever!!!
I am currently 7 weeks post bbl surgery and I could not be happier with my results! Dr. tsai is the most amazing plastic surgeon out there. The process: -I went in for a complimentary consultation where I explained to Dr. Tsai exactly what I was interested in. I wanted to get liposuction in the abdomen, chin, arms and thighs, and have the fat transferred to my buttocks. Dr. Tsai was open and honest about what to expect (how much fat would be liposuctioned/ and the amount of fat my butt would retain). He explained the post op and I immediately knew he was the dr I wanted to go with. Just to be sure, I consulted with a few other surgeons, but Dr. Tsai and his team (the amazing and gorgeous Lindsey!) made me feel so comfortable and did not pressure me whatsoever. -Surgery day was a blur but Dr. Tsai made sure to personally greet me and let me know the surgery went well, he also called later that day to ensure I was feeling okay. His bedside manner is impeccable and I could not feel in better hands. -Post op visits allowed Dr. Tsai to make sure I was healing okay, and he was always patient and made sure to answer all my questions and concerns. Never did the visits feel rushed and I felt he was genuinely interested in my well being. -Results! I could not be happier!!!! Dr. Tsai removed 6 liters of fat and Injected 1200 cc into each buttock. I love my body and have no doubt it’s only going to get better as I’m one month post op. 29 Year Old, Needed to Get Lipo to Bring Her Sexy Back - West Hollywood, CA
After having one kid, my body would not bounce back. I changed my eating habits and started exercising, but that only helped a little. I found Dr. Tsai who was very easy to talk to and had an amazing staff. We discussed what I wanted and he explained everything to me in detail. I felt very comfortable that he was going to give me what I wanted. He also showed me the office, which has a surgery center, that was great news for me. I had lipo done to my waist, abdomen and lower back. I'm not going to lie I was so sore for the first couple of days, but thank god for pain pills. I always hated my nose- I never had anyone bully me for my nose exactly... it was always just been a personal thing I hated about my face. I knew I was a pretty girl- but I felt like having larger nose held me back from being the prettiest I could be ( at least to myself) ** update: I'm over 3 months post op and I am very very happy I decided to go to Dr. Tsai. The Dream Rhinoplasty with Dr Tsai
Dr Tsai performed my rhinoplasty and he exceeded my expectations!! he was extremely kind and professional and knew exactly what I wanted. the surgery process was quick and easy, and I just got to see my nose for the first time yesterday and it’s everything I could’ve ever dreamed of! Dr. Roger Tsai is the Best Rhinoplasty Surgeon!
Dr. Roger Tsai is the best and most amazing plastic surgeon! I highly recommend him! I am already personally recommending him to family and friends who would like rhinoplasty or other procedures done. I got my dream rhinoplasty done by him and I would choose him again if I ever considered another procedure. Today, I am 2 weeks post-op and I am feeling great and better every single day. From the first consultation I had with Dr.Tsai, he made me feel very comfortable and I knew he was the right choice. I felt at ease since Day 1. The day of the surgery he talked to me before going into surgery and he made me feel that I was in good hands. I would like to thank him for doing an amazing job and for his humble nature. I would also like to add that his surgery team Ivy and Hector also are great and took good care of me alongside with Dr.Tsai. Thank you!! Last, but not least, I would also like to thank the amazing ladies in Dr.Tsai’s surgery office, who have also taken good care of me since Day 1 as well. True Rhinoplasty Expert!
It is my ultimate pleasure to write this raving review about Dr. Tsai and his team! I had a nose job done by Dr. Tsai about 6 months ago and could not be happier with my results! He is a true artist with a craft for details. My friend had her nose done by him as well and was super happy with the results so I decided to go see him. I was a bit nervous as anyone would as this is my face we're talking about. But from the start he was very polite, patient, answered all my questions, and spent a lot of time with me. You can tell he cares as he followed up with me the night after surgery and also throughout my recovery process. I always hated my nose, especially in photos I would have to angle myself so it wouldn't look so big. Dr. Tsai was able to achieve exactly what I was looking for and I am so happy now! My confidence has improved and I don't feel self-conscious anymore. Amazing Doctor!
Dr. Tsai. Where to even begin? Oh yeah...He is an AMAZING surgeon, artist, and person! My stats just in case they help anyone. I am 25 years old, 5'4, 110 pounds. I had a rhinoplasty and breast augmentation done by Dr. Tsai. Do not be put off by the limited amount of reviews he has or the number of followers he has on Instagram. I went through the process of finding a plastic surgeon alone. As soon as I walked through the door, Lindsey, the office manager and patient coordinator made me feel very welcomed. Then as soon as I met Dr. Tsai, I was very impressed with his bedside manner and personality. I had done some research on my own about the surgeries and I had visited other doctors but I was alone and still very nervous. Dr. Tsai made me feel so comfortable and at ease. He answered all my questions in a way I could easily understand but still very educated. You can tell that he is up to date with the latest technology and research. He offered me to come in for as many consultations as I needed to feel comfortable and even offered me to skype in my boyfriend during a consultation or bring my mom or someone else along with me if that would make me feel more comfortable. This made me feel that he was very comfortable with his knowledge and ability as a doctor. He also advised me to visit other surgeons before making my decision. Never for a second did I feel any pressure from Dr. Tsai to pick him as my surgeon or to have surgery at all. I left the first consultation feeling like he might be the one but I was not completely sure. So, I went in for a second consultation with even more questions than the first time. I never felt like he was bothered by all my questions. In fact, he calmly and thoroughly answered every single one of my questions. I never felt like I was rushed. He took his time with me and went above and beyond to help me make crucial decisions about my surgeries. For my rhinoplasty, I wanted to narrow my bridge and reduce my dorsal hump and bulbous tip. BUT I did not want a pointy, tiny nose which I expressed to him. I still wanted a bulbous tip just less bulbous. Basically, I wanted to look and feel like myself but more refined. What I loved the most about Dr. Tsai's before and after pictures were the naturalness of his surgery results and that is what I was looking for. I wanted to look as natural as possible but better. OMG did Dr. Tsai listen to me!!!! He did EXACTLY what I asked him to do. I am beyond happy with my results and so is my family and my friends. My boyfriend's reaction "10 out 10 stars!" Okay, now for my breast augmentation I had a lot of questions...nipple sensation, breast feeding, best incision site, use of Keller funnel, capsular contraction, etc. Trust me, he will answer all your questions and you will feel in awe at his knowledge. I of course did my research before I went in and even read some research articles myself now that I know how a little better since I am in graduate school and his answers to all my questions were on point. Then came choosing a size. I was a 32a and knew that I wanted a little something extra but not too big. I never pictured myself as a girl with huge boobs, plus I have a small frame. Dr. Tsai bared with me through all the sizes I tried on. He went in and out of the consultation room to bring in more sizes. He was so patient with me through it all. In the end, I really wanted his professional opinion. He helped me make the final decision, and I am absolutely happy I listened to him. I trust him. We decided on 275cc which brought me up to a 32c cup or 32d cup at VS depending on the bra and amount of support I want. My boobs look incredible. They look like what they used to look like when I wore a super push up bra, but now I do not have to use a push up bra or bra at all. The first thing my mom said when I showed them to her was "Wow he is a great doctor. I want some!" I initially decided to go with under the breast incision but changed my mind last minute to areolar incision and do not regret it. Everything is healing great. Before the surgery, Lindsey and Dr. Tsai made themselves fully available. Two days before the surgery the anesthesiologist called me from his personal cell. He asked me some case history questions and got to know me, which I thought was very nice. They day of the surgery, he meditated with me and spoke very kind. mindful words to me before putting me to sleep. The anesthesiologist called my boyfriend, who was with me the day of the surgery, after the surgery that same day to check up on me and tell my boyfriend what to do to make my experience better. The second day after the surgery Dr. Tsai called me from his personal cell to check up on me and explain what he did and what to expect in the incoming days. He made himself available to me 24/7.
