45 old female with excess fat and skin of her abdomen and waist with an overhang. History of 2 pregnancies and recent weight loss, desiring improved contour. Tummy tuck was performed along with strengthening and tightening of the muscular abdominal wall plus liposuction of the waist and flanks. Results show a much improved contour and appearance.
