26 year old male, self conscious about the appearance of his nose. Desiring only a minimal change, he dislikes the bump on the bridge, width of the nose, and dropping tip. A rhinoplasty was performed to narrow, straighten and improve the contour the bridge, creating a slight slope. The nasal tip was thinned and elevated. Results show a more refined appearance while maintaining his masculinity.
