23 year old female, self conscious about the appearance of her nose. Desiring only a minimal change, she dislikes the bump on the bridge of the nose and width of the nose. Placing a nasal implant to increase projection of the nose was discussed, but patient elected not to proceed with this. A rhinoplasty was performed to narrow and improve the contour the bridge, creating a slight slope, reduced the size of the nasal tip. Results show a more refined and feminine appearance.
