37 year old female with original breast augmentation over 10 years ago with a different surgeon, desire more volume, fuller perkier breasts, and narrower cleavage. A breast augmentation revision with 750cc extra high profile silicone implants were placed to improve the volume and fullness of the breasts, as well as a capsulorrhaphy (pocket manipulation) to create an internal lift and reposition the implants in the pocket through her original breast breast incision. Results show an improvement in breast fullness, perkiness, shape, as well as a tighter cleavage.
