24 year old female who had her original breast augmentation 5 years ago with a different surgeon. Feels the implants look like “two balls on the chest”, with a wide cleavage, bottoming out and just did not look right. A breast augmentation revision was performed with removal of her previous saline implant and replacement with 415cc full profile silicone silicone implants through her original areolar incision. Capsulorrhaphy (pocket manipulation) was used to reposition the implants correctly. Results show a significant improvement in breast fullness, perkiness, breast shape, nipple position as well as a tighter cleavage.
