28 year old female, who underwent saline implant augmentation 10 years ago, presents with displaced implant positioning, asymmetry, and droopiness after 1 pregnancy. Desires improved symmetry and volume. A breast revision with removal of old implant and exchange with 520cc high profile silicone implants, along with an internal lift and pocket repositioning was performed, utilizing the old breast crease incision. Results show a significantly improved and symmetrical shape and size, righter cleavage, with more perkiness.
