32 year old female who had undergone two previous breast augmentation procedures by another surgeon with saline implants. Patient has capsular contracture of right breast but also does not like the fullness and appearance that the saline implant provides. She also would like to be a little smaller. Implant exchange to a 345cc silicone moderate profile implant was performed as well as capsule removal and pocket manipulation. Results show a much improved breast shape, position, and a more natural contour and appearance.
