29 year old female, presents with moderate deflation of breast volume after weight loss along with uneven breasts. She desires perkier and fuller breasts along with improved symmetry. A breast augmentation with 415cc high profile silicone implants were placed along with a circum-areolar lift (donut lift) to improve the shape of the breast as well as the position and size of the nipples. A full breast lift was discussed with patient for optimal results, but she opted for the less scarring donut lift. Results show an improvement in breast fullness, perkiness, breast shape, and nipple position symmetry.
