24 year old female who presents with moderate deflation of breast volume after 2 pregnancies along with breast feeding. She desires improved volume and fullness. A breast augmentation with 425cc full profile silicone implants were placed along with a circum-areolar lift to improve the shape of the breast, position and size of the nipples. Results show an improvement in breast fullness, perkiness, breast shape, and nipple position as well as breast size.
