25 year old female who presents with mild deflation of breast volume after 20 pound weight loss, who desires improved volume and fullness, as well as areolar reduction. A breast augmentation with 300cc (left) and 375cc (right) moderate profile silicone implants were placed due to unsymmetrical size along with a peri-areolar lift to improve the shape of the breast, position and size of the nipples. Results show an improvement in breast fullness, breast shape, and nipple position as well as size.
