Dr. Tsai is truly an amazing doctor, surgeon, and overall incredible person. I have worked in the surgery field for almost 10 years with many doctors and I can say he has been a 10/10 from ethics to patient care to just beautiful work. He is consistent with follow ups, listens to exactly what you desire and his work shows it. I feel amazing and his team have been so wonderful, I couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience. I chose Dr. Tsai years ago when I decided to do my breast. I am very sensitive with the breast as I started with basically nothing and I knew I chose the correct surgeon. I could not be more thankful for him and his team. My confidence has sky rocketed and I know it will only continue. Dr. Tsai is so lovely, present, and also hilarious. To find a doctor with amazing bed side manner in this industry is extremely hard to find and I can cry (have cried) of gratefulness. Thank you so much Dr. Tsai for making me so incredibly comfortable pre, during and post surgery. I adore you all. I truly thank you for everything!!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Tsai for your next surgery! I got my BA done and completely love it. I get so many compliments on how well they turned out and I am only 5 months post op! Although I went 295cc, it was the right choice because everyone says they fit my body and look very natural for my body type. It's a big surgery to commit to, but his office made the process so much easier. They explained every step of the process and guided me through it with tons of support and comfort. Whenever I had questions, they were prompt to answer me and tried to accommodate my needs as easily as possible since I was traveling from 4 hours away. Dr. Tsai was professional, on time to my appointments, and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. He truly cared I made the right decisions and did not come off like a salesman. He did not rush me and made sure I was confident in where I wanted my incisions, my size, etc. On procedure day, the staff were so sweet and tried to give me peace of mind with lots of affirmations and retrieving anything I needed. I appreciated them calling my boyfriend when I was ready to be picked up and talking him through the necessary steps for proper after care with much detail. I also liked how all the nurses and doctors followed up with my (anesthesiologist, surgeon, and nursing staff). Overall, great experience. If you want a caring doctor with an amazing staff, this is where you go!

After meeting with countless of surgeons, I decided on Dr. Tsai. He is truly an expert in his field. Dr. Tsai was willing to accommodate to my preferences while offering his professional input. I came in for a breast augmentation, and needless to say, I am so happy that I entrusted him with my operation. He made my experience feel so effortless. All I had to do was explain to him what I wanted, and he gave me his recommendations. He took into consideration my tiny frame and made my boobs look amazing. I am extremely satisfied with how proportional they look to my body while being big! I am 5'5 and about 115-120lbs. I started off as an A cup to a small B and now I'm a full C/small D.

I chose Dr. Tsai after my husband and I did extensive research on which surgeon to go with for breast augmentation. I was struggling with my post partum body, and looking for a way to gain my self confidence back. From the very first appointment my mind was at ease and I felt like I made the right decision going with Dr. Tsai. He understood my goals and made sure I was happy every step along the way. The day of my surgery, I was floored with how comfortable everyone made me feel and making sure I was well cared for post surgery. Even during recovery, any questions I had was met with prompt responses and reassurance. Dr. Roger Tsai is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. I had a previous BA and I was very unhappy with it. I did a breast revision with an internal bra (galaflex) with him and he was able to do 800cc with my small frame. I have had several consults with other Doctors and they all recommended I get a breast lift for the result I wanted. Dr. Tsai basically did everything they said was impossible without an external anchor lift. I couldn't have been happier with my results. My scars an are TINY and right on my crease and I'm only about 6 weeks post op so I know that they will continue to become less visible. I am so happy with the size he recommended and that I went with him. His assistant Sarah is also very sweet and so helpful throughout my whole surgery. My whole experience with him and his team was amazing. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
